Basic Fee Schedule:
Fees vary widely based upon the individual needs and the services provided. However, to give you something to go on, we give you the following examples:
Typical New Patient Examination: $149.00
Typical Establish Patient Office Visit (manipulation service): $55.00
Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality chiropractic care available. It is one of our top priority to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you require. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Insurance:
A word about insurance: Ultimately, insurance represents a contract between YOU and YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. Since we as providers are not providing service to your insurance company but rather directly to you, you are ultimately responsible for your fees. Some insurances such as Medicare simply pay so poorly or not at all. In those cases, we do NOT accept assignment for services and your fees will be due upon receipt. We participate with MOST insurances-which means we will accept, as payment in full, the fees paid to us by the insurance company + your co-payment + your deductible if there is any. Again, we regret that we can not accept Medicare at this time.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Hours of Operation
Office hours are by appointment only. We do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests and to see emergency patients on the same day.
